These guys are always on point and the turnaround is fantastic. I dropped 3 suits off a couple days ago and they were back and ready for pickup by 6 pm the very next day. 5 stars service rite there you guys are appreciated!

My name is Alice, and I am a customer of 'In The Bag Cleaners"....
It had been a very long time since my last visit to 'In The Bag'...new staff but I was treated kindly as though they knew me, at the time of drop off and pick up. Also, during casual conversation, even while working, they were very empathetic at mention of a loss of my family member, of which was much appreciated.
And, It was great that I was able to use a coupon, to help me financially....The initial cost of my cleaning and some alterations was reasonable, but the coupon definitely helped.
The staff is kind, professional, very clean atmosphere, cost is reasonable, and received a call that my items were ready within a few days.....I would definitely recommend 'In The Bag Cleaners' to everyone.

The the courtesy, reception and kindness of Brandy the store manager is hard to find these days she is very informative and caring. My clothes were handled with the best of care. I will be returning to In The Bag Cleaners as a regular customer. In The Bag Cleaners are one of the best I've experienced!!!

My first time here and the staff were very friendly and transparent about the price.
I thought they professionally clean shoes here but the end product wasn’t as expected even though it looks acceptable 80% clean, maybe shoes is not their specialty if you want it look like new again. I was going to give 4 stars but why not support local businesses. Will be coming back with a clothing garment to try out.

Everyone is always so friendly. I always tell my clients to go there. One tome I had a gee that had been in my parents basement. Stained and smelled. It was from a Japanese man and had ment alot to my dad. I told your crew to do their best. I was amazed . It came back like it was brand new. Thank you
