Just had a really great stretching session with Joanne at InMotion Wellness Studio. She was super helpful and friendly. The environment was warm yet professional. I feel well stretched out and didn’t even have to do much work. Definitely, recommend this for anybody at any fitness level. Collin here is absolutely fantastic. He is very knowledgeable and super patient with what he does. I have been bringing my dad with his frozen shoulder and bad lower back from his accident he had years ago. We went saw so many people, but this place and collin has helped him so much. He literally van almost swing his arm all round and stretch it almost all the way.

As this was my first experience, it was a lot more than expected. I felt so much better even after one visit and I look forward to my next one. I think every senior should get out there and go visit one of these InMotion studio places. They will do a lot more for a seniors than any doctor, Till, or insurance company. The folks there were well trained, the facility was excellent, and it took good care of making the Experience memorableo.
I think it’s really gonna help with my sleep, pain, level, ability to walk, and also help you do stress
