I woke up to no power. I received no shut off notices, no voicemails, texts or emails. I call and Rebecca is VERY rude. She blames me and says it's my responsibility not their lack of notification systems. They don't do red tags or even red notices, and their system calls you and doesn't leave a voicemail. You purposely don't notify customers so that we are constantly paying you late fees. Rebecca needs to check her tone, especially when dealing with clients with disabilities. I felt attacked and judged by Rebecca. IID loves to make us scramble and panic for power. YOU'VE ALWAYS DONE THIS IID AND IT NEEDS TO STOP. Call me and let's talk about this.

Imperial irrigation District tried to embezzle over $7,800 from me, took me civil claims, and they lost. On September 14th, 2021, I was involved in an automobile accident that nearly took my life. I was traveling northbound on Clinton St in Indio, CA, just about to pass the entrence to the Lido neighborhood when a red 2019 Honda Accord, driven by a man named Santiago Cabrera, made a rolling stop out of the adjacent neighborhood from Palo Verde Dr and tried to cross into the Lido neighborhood without stopping or signaling at all. I had the right of way of course when he didn't stop in the middle lane and wait to turn, he drove directly infront of me when I slammed on my breaks as soon as he crossed into my lane and I tboned him, my car spun around and hit a third vehicle, a sliver 2020 Toyota Camry. This driver who ill call Mr. M, stated on police bodycam that Santigo was a fault. He stated to the officer that he would be informing his insurance that Santiago was at fault. He was behind Santiago when Santiago took the illegal turn. But Sergeant Bottoms, officer Fuentes and officer Mendoza had a different idea. They conspired to make blatantly false allegations on the police report stating that I had crossed into the oncoming lane on Clinton at a high rate of speed, when Santigo made a direct right turn onto clintion st from Lido, trying to arrive to the second house directly from making the right on Clinton, merely parking on the right hand side, when I crashed into him, then Santiago, then a wooden electric pole. Which they clamied was only damaged at the top of the poles crossbeam. Thank God that there was a home surveillance video that caught the whole accident and it shows completly the contrary. IPD released this video 1 ÂŊ years after the accident, intentionally keeping it from me as evidence. Santiago merged into my lane when I had the right away. There was no property damage at all, other than the vehicles. At no point did any vehicle make connect with that pole. Yet claimed that the top portion of the electric pole was only damaged. I called IID to get to the bottom of this and clear my name, but they stuck by their story. Mrs. Marissa Zappiem-Figueroa was the one who came to the conclusion that I was liable for "damages" yet no letter explains why. Stating that the police report was all the evidence they needed. I told her I'll see them in court then. They couldn't come up with any burden of proof other than the police report which in itself not evidence and pictures of just the top portion of what could be any light pole claiming it was the one i damaged. Yet I came prepared with the body cam footage, the home surveillance video, my father as a witness of the aftermath arriving at the scene before the police and emt arrived, and photos showing the vehicles in the center of the road, yards away from the pole with no damage or paint stuck to it. Mr Gary Perez represented IID in court. He along with a representative of the city of Indio claimed i owed the over $7500 in labor cost, and only $40 in property damage. I could tell they were extremely nervous, because the judkr was not having it from them. She could see right through them. They were extremely unprofessional and unethical. A week later I recieved the notice from the Riverside Superior Court of Palm Springs stating that I was not at fault for the accident, nor that an damage was ever made to the pole. They've stopped sending me statements to pay them. I've opened internal investigation reports with IPD against these three. Sgt. Serna has apparently made his conclusions on the investigation and now I'm waiting on Chief Tully to respond to him and hope he fires these three rouge officers. There is definitely corruption with riverside county, the city of Indio, and IID. It has been made obvious to me. I can't believe I've had to deal with this. I'm still recovering. I won't ever be the same Please record every interaction you have with law enforcement in Indio, this place is rotten. I know this isn't over. Thank you for reading. God bless.

We got there about 20 min before closing, super professional staff. They were not rushing us to close, attended us with the utmost patience, and helped us solve a transfer of bill efficiently.

Definitely would come back for any future questions/issues.

They did not adjust my fees, all I, got was
an apology. Garbage was all in hallways
near elevator. This is a half star hotel.

This stay was the worst I have ever had at a LaQuinta. The room was noisy but the staff on checking out was down right rude and unprofessional. Breakfast was sub standard. No juice, no meat. Expect more from this chain.
The place was in Wytheville, VA.
