Logan was very friendly and listened to my concerns and was able to fix my issue in great time! He looked everything over and calmed my fears. I have worked with several technicians over the last year on various projects and repairs. All of them have been great! I 've used them for my office with a major remodel where we had a number of electrical changes that needed to be made all the way down to repairing a burned out GFI outlet at my personal residence. Definitely a great company to work with when you need some electrical work.

Jeremy and his team came out and installed the generator in less than one day. It works great. They did professional work and left our place clean. They did accidentally take one of the pieces of sound/heat insulating foam that had fallen off with them when they cleaned up , but mailed it to me so I could easily stick it back on myself. Great overall experience, highly recommended. 👍

Highly recommend. Jeremy took great care of us. He provided top quality products, expertise and goes the extra mile to assure continued customer satisfaction . Plus he could do both the electrical and the gas hook up for the home generator installation making it easier for us. Ideal Electrical’s pricing was way better than other quotes. Ideal electric installed a new home generator for our home last Friday and did an amazing job... They were extremely professional, right on time and easy to work with.
