If you have a need for a repair, you can feel confident that you will be treated fairly by Alex. I took my phone in for a charge port problem after dropping the phone in a swimming pool. He noticed that a kernel of rice was blocking the port (btw, he says rice not necessarily the appropriate fix!) He picked out the kernel and sent me on my way with no charge. I got the sense he is a fair minded businessman. Give this young business a try!

Yesterday our Belmont Location had bulk/electronics pickup at their facility. We had several computers, fax machines, etc. to drop off. The representatives of Icellfixed could not have been more friendly or helpful...they would not allow me to lift the computers from our vehicle. I would highly recommend this company for community bulk recycling days. Thanks for your help, guys!

Went here for an iPhone screen replacement after dropping and cracking mine. Alex gave good advice about the benefits of after market vs. refurbished screens and I was happy with the price and service. Only took two days for the screen to come in and then the replacement took about 10 minutes. Recommend!

Currently running a paint company in the bay area and needed to dispose of a lot of older equipment we had upgraded recently. I went online and started looking for places. A lot of the results were actually kind of rude and pushy. I ended up choosing I-Cellfixed Recycling because of availability and their courteous service. I believe that they offer repairs as well but for the time being we are utilizing them for e-waste disposal.
TLDR; Needed to dispose of alot of electronics , most major big names didn't want to bother with me, I-Cellfixed came to the rescue.Free pickup too. Yeehaw!

Alex is awesome! We had a piece of a charger break off in the phone - Alex fixed it right away for me at no cost. Victor was really helpful. Had a busted Pixel 3, and unfortunately he explained to me that Google locks their phones down to prevent third party repairs. But he referred me to an official Google vendor that could carry out the repair. He was really friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and I would definitely return in the future if I break a different brand of device.
