It has been a year since I decided to put solar panels in my house, I went thru Ibergreen and I have been very satisfied with my decision and thru their service, first of all my house was needing a new roof and I was able to do everything thru them , Ibergreen took care of helping me get a new roof and to finance my solar panels, at that time I was able to get some rebates that cps was offering at that time. I have been very satisfied since I have seen the billing of energy is nothing compared to what I was paying last year. Thank you Ibergreen for all the recomendations and service I was able to get thru your company to get my solar panels and be saving big money in my electricity.

Please think twice before moving forward with Ibergreen, I normally don't do this but my contract was signed almost 2 years ago, my system was installed a year later, in October 2022, yet not turned on and been paying for my panels since January 2023 and plus I'm paying my Duke bill. I have been spending more rather than saving. Worst part is that I have two homes with them. very very dissapointed still waiting on solutions.

******I was not able to delete Review but for correction, Ibergreen helped every way they could and HAHA smart is the solar company that installed my solar panels and that I am unhappy with , I will be adding the review above to their website. Thank you Ibergreen for updating me since HAHA failed to do so.**********

I signed up with Ibergreen about 3 months ago and I am still not installed but understand it’s not Ibergreens fault, they have been great with keeping me updated with this long process. (Will be updating this review once my system is installed.)

I live in Converse and I am currently just waiting for the city of Converse and my HOA to approve the applications. Mariel has been fantastic and has kept me updated by text at least once a week.

I look forward to updating my review once my system is installed and I receive my bills from CPS, my sister and brother have Ibergreen and they are both happy so I’m confident I’ll be as well.

It's been almost six months since my panels were installed and they still aren't on, at Notrh Carolina they told me it takes a month for an inspector to come in and then they could be used. It is very sad that a company can be so driven by money. now I have to pay 2 bills, they told me that they were going to reimburse me the money that goodleap charged me, but they don't send me anything, I'm not against solar panels. This is easily the worst financial mistake I have ever made. Learn from my mistake and compare more quotes first.

I have been waiting to hear back from this company for over 8 months after having my solar panels installed and they are still not on. I have been told that I am a priority time and time again but nothing is completed and I am still expected to pay. I have called several times to get answers and have received little to no help. They are always blaming someone else and seldom take accountability for anything. I am extremely unhappy with working with this company and sunlight financial who is just money hungry. Do not recommend at all.

CHECK BBB before doing business with this company. I went under contract in July of 2022. After countless excuses, they installed my panels in February. They have not come back to connect the panels. They will not answer my calls. I have filed with the BBB and and looking into further action.

Very happy with the service Ibergreen provided, they are very profesional and truly cared for us every step of the process.
Our process took a little less than 4 months from start to finish, the communication with their team was once a week and we got reimbursed the 1st month charge since the system was not turned on until almost a month after the installation(last week) that was the only negative thing but know was not Ibergreens fault. Thank you Ibergreen.
