The guys in the truck are awesome, Connie in the office is not. The new customer package looks like something piece mailed from a number of lawyers and regulatory agencies. I think it is time to put together one contract and actually fill it out before giving it to customers. Not to mention the first conversation I had with this woman talking in circles about not being able to have the driver on site pump (already there for the neighbors) and rufusing to call him, just to have the driver pull up on his own accord and ask if he can fill my take since he is already on site. She seems to create more problems than solutions and overall is not very proffesional in her communications.
