They are not free. Quoted me $500 to pick up 3 CPU towers and a mid-size printer. I reached out on November 5th when I spoke to someone on the phone and they later emailed me for pictures and they said they could come within a week. After sending them pictures of my items, they never got back to me until I followed up this morning and they gave me that quote. I spoke to another rep over the phone to see if this quote was accurate since they advertise free e-waste pickup (CPU Towers and Printer are on their list of approved devices!) and he said he would email me… still waiting for that email… I spoke to the chat online and they said they can help me schedule my free pick up 4 months out!!! This is ridiculous.

Be careful what you are buying from them. They lie alot about their items.they sold me 1040 x360 g6 as having 512gb but they all have 256gb.very deceptive sellers
