So I give 2 stars because the answering service is a hit or miss. I called in to ask a question about my account and the lady I spoke with was taking the time to see if she could answer my questions. In the process we unfortunately got disconnected. I proceeded to call back and someone else answered so I explained the disconnection and my question. This lady didn’t even bother to try to look she just said their in a meeting and to call back at 1 pm. I expressed that the lady before her was trying to look and she replied with the same thing about the meeting and to call back. So to sum it up some associates will go all out and some will only to bare minimum and don’t want to actually serve the customer.

if I could of given a negative star I would of! My bill has always been around $46 a month since 2017. Its just me and my husband in the house. Then i get new neighbors and my bill jumped to $129 for 1 month. I was told I must have a leak. I had the city come out and check leaks/pressure and it came back fine. I still insisted that I got billed for my neighbors filling their pool but I was disregarded. Then I pay a 2 month catch up bill cause they were hacked at $128 which was more than a double amount anyway and I paid it. The very next day it says I still owe $128. I go in and they disregard me by saying the system is all fixed, that I just looked at it wrong..Um..Then I just get my Jan 2024 bill and its $172 for 1 month. Really..How!!! All of these bills have said they are an actual read. I don't think so and I don't like to be lied to! This is uncalled for and I demand for them to be held accountable and fess up to their doings. I would rather have it shut off than to bend over!! I'll have to get a lawyer cause I'm done with this nonsense !!

The only way to pay your water bill without a convenience fee is by check in the mail or walking it in. Even if you set it up with your bank there's still a $2.99 convenience fee, ridiculous. If they want to save money and lose the paper trail they would accept our payment through our bank with no convenience fee

I wouldn't mind paying the $2.99 fee to make an online payment IF I had a choice in the matter. I feel like the fee is out of whack considering the office hours are NOT in line with the working class. Not all of us work IN Huber to be able to pay our bill during our lunch breaks. How about making your hours more compatible for those of us who work?

I have lived in Huber now for 10 years. I have never missed a payment on my water . I logged on and saw that I owed 66 instead of my usual 35 dollars. I paid the 66 and called to ask why my bill had doubled, because my pay history clearly showed that I paid the July bill in July. The woman informed me that they didn't update my bill. So the payment in July wasn't reflecting properly on the website!

I asked her for a refund of my over payment as I am unemployed and I don't have a paycheck coming in anymore. SHE HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME THAT I SHOULD HAVE CALLED THEM FIRST BEFORE PAYING THE BILL. She told me that the extra that I paid on the bill would just be credited on my next bill.

Their website doesn't have accurate info on your bill. They do not take phone payments, and they charge an arm and a leg just to make the payment online.

Payment options from the early 1990's. you can pay by mail, it is specified they will hold you responsible for mail that arrives late. You can pay online, however there is a fee for this even when using a bank account, you can pay in person, however only with check. If this isn't an intentional attempt to extract extra money from customers (who are not given a choice of water provider) then I dont know what is.

This seriously needs some kind of update

Horrible experience attempting to transfer service from my deceased mother's estate into my name. A third party is required for billing with a $ 2.99 fee . Transfer can only be done with a driver's license and signature, and must be done in person. These things after not required by other utility companies. Furthermore, billing is done monthly instead of quarterly . Horrible non customer friendly service. If I could give negative stars I would. How can a business run like this?
