I wanted to share my experience with Howard's Fullerton . From the moment I reached out to them, I felt truly cared for. The team went above and beyond to help me with my range purchase, and I can't thank Johnny enough for his wonderful support in our purchase and arranging our delivery. The communication throughout the process was fantastic, and everything arrived right on time. Our new range not only looks amazing but also works perfectly! I wholeheartedly give them an A+.

This was our first experience with Howard’s Appliances and it was a very positive one. We ordered a SpeedQueen washer from their website. It was not only discounted from the MSRP, but also included another reduction. The OTD price was lower than the sale price at other stores. They also included free next day delivery, installation, and haul-away…which other locations charged over $200 for the same services. What I really liked was the level of communication from Howard’s. They sent email confirmations of my purchase, instructions for preparation before delivery, a photo and the contact information for my delivery person, they called the night before with a (non-negotiable) 2-hour delivery window, and even texted/called 30 minutes before arrival (as I requested in the order “comments”. The team that showed up were fast, friendly, wore Howard’s uniform shirts, and were very efficient in the delivery and installation of our new washer. He tested the unit, explained some of its features to me, and answered all of my questions. Seriously!! What more could you ask. In the past, we purchased from Warehouse Appliance chains, Big Box home improvement stores, and electronic chains…no one but a certain membership department store came close in service…but, all lacked the communication Howard’s offers its customer. BTW, I cannot recommend SQ washers enough. We have had at least a half dozen different washers over the years, top loaders, front loaders, etc. None perform like a SQ. It’s a bit of an investment ($$), but I think you will be pleasantly surprised by the build quality, performance, and speed of the unit….and remember…but it from Howard’s!..lol. Good luck! RS

Once again, quickly found what I needed, AND at the right price.

They were also able to deliver the next day, and arrived 5 minutes before their projected time. The delivery guys took the old fridge out and had the new one in less than 20 min, and they told us we were already the 14th delivery of the day for them. LOVE IT !

ALSO buying at Howard's allows access to manufacturer REBATES that you do not get from any of the "big box stores."

That makes 3 appliances purchased from Howard's in 25 years, and ZERO complaints. If you're not buying from Howard's, you should be.

Never been nor purchased anything at Howard’s before. My son recommended them…Amazing service! Purchased a fridge midday (same fridge and price at Lowe’s but Howard’s offered no sales tax so I saved $120) and they had it delivered and installed 6:30 the following morning (might I add, on New Year’s Eve!). I have never had such quick service in my life! Thank you!

Beware of Howard's 30-Day Price-Match Guarantee! My husband and I bought three appliances and were assured that if we found a lower price in 30 days, we would be credited the difference. I found a lower price on one of the appliances and made 3 attempts to contact Howard's about it (two emails to an Assistant Manager and one walk-in to the store in which a copy of the ad was made and assured a manager would follow up with me.) I never received follow up on any of my attempts.

They have Friendly staff that inform you with their knowledge on their appliance units, and have great hospitality, when it comes to price matching and have strong commitment and sell what’s advertised. Definitely recommend anyone that will be delivering in the area.

Went to Howard’s La Habra to see Suess (Surendra). This salesman has helped me since he was in SAN GABRIEL . All of the appliances I have purchased have been excellent. I needed a stove in a hurry. Got more than I had expected and within my budget… was very happy and it was delivered promptly and the service man was very nice. Nothing more than I expected from Howard’s . Excellent again!!

We recently purchased a speed queen dryer and the salesman was nice . Shortly after we got the new dryer the washer broke . We had purchased it at Howard’s a few years back , when we had a problem with the speed queen washing machine and called about the warranty the person that answered the phone was very rude .She basically called me a liar ,saying I didn’t buy the washer there .I knew we had but check our records to confirm we had. We had been told the washer had a 5 year warranty but it only had a three year and now I’m no worried the new dryer only has a three warranty as well . I felt like they were only nice when were buying something . We also got a dishwasher for a different home a month ago . I guess we won’t be going to Howard’s after the person we spoke to was so short tempered .
