This company is the absolute worst to deal with. Yesterday I asked for 100 gallons you're gallant of fuel they came and delivered 180 gallons and overcharged my credit card. When I asked what they could do about it I was told I received a phone call back that never happened. Today I'm calling the Better Business Bureau. Stay as far away from this company as you can. Home energy is now owned by MX fuels out of Malone

They offered a free inspection and quote and said they could do it tomorrow and get the job done the following day. They never showed up for the free inspection, I called back and scheduled a second. They also skipped this one without contacting me and we had to schedule a third appointment. They missed this one as well, I called them out on it and expressed my frustration at which point we scheduled another appt. Someone actually showed for this one. Before leaving, he said they'd contact me tomorrow with a quote and could probably get the work done within two days (it was a simple connection to a heater). It has now been 11 days and they never contacted me again. It seems as if they won't do anything until a customer is finally fed up, so maybe this review will get them to actually provide me with the quote?

HOMENERGY is a local, family-owned business for almost 25 years. Consistently good service and pricing. Supporter of many local groups, including Pendragon Theatre, Kiwanis youth programs, Women's Civic Chamber, and Winter Carnival. Their pink propane truck donates to the ABCF, American Breast Cancer Foundation.

It's pretty sad when MX you call them up to have propane delivery and they tell you not until Wednesday now we're out of propane I might look for another company!!!
