My wife and I had a wonderful time at this hotel.
The restaurant food and the servers are excellent. One server in particular, Marie, who works during dinner time, has been working hard and is very effective. Although she is more senior than others, she is the fastest server in Houston! She is pleasant and very helpful as well. We appreciate her outstanding service.

I absolutely love the kitchen staff here. They are so sweet and attentive. Anthony always stops and takes the time to talk with me. He’s smile sets my day up for greatness!!

This hotel is by far one of the best that I’ve stayed at, and I’ve stayed at many, as I do travel for business.|The rooms are amazingly, clean and maintained.|The staff is over-the-top accommodating, especially the shuttle/ van accommodations that take you back-and-forth from the airport |Two people that deserve recognition are Roy, and Brian. They are part of the transportation for the Hilton hotel, and are beyond customer centric. Anytime that we need a pick up or drop off they were there on time or early waiting for us and we’re super friendly and engaged in conversation with us.|If it’s possible, please give these two men a raise, they are more than deserving. Give them a raise. ||The bar and restaurant staff were equally as courteous, friendly and wonderful as the rest of the staff. They all deserve a raise.

I am happy so far. Dinner was yummy. However the ribeye was difficult to cut through and it was grisly. Once I was able to eat it, it was very yummy.
Our server; Edwin, was very nice and friendly. Took good care of us and was timely.

Comfortable large room that was very clean when I arrived and maintained well. A large pool area for cooling off with a swim or tanning on the numerous tanning loungers. The front staff were prompt and courteous when attending to your needs. A large breakfast area provided healthy, fresh options and "as you want" fresh fried eggs or omelets. Shout out to Carlos, Anthony, Rosa and the other breakfast area staff fir their excellent work.

I had a great stay at Hilton North this past weekend. The staff were friendly and Jet (front desk staff)was very accommodating with all my requests. Whether it was helping with snack area checkout or giving me a little extra time to check out with no extra charge. We will be back.

First time staying here and it was great! Staff and team were very nice and always eager to help. The rooms are spacious and clean.

The staff at the Harth Restaurant were especially lovely. Carlos, Rosa, and Eric really made the morning start off right. Super friendly and on top of it. Would definitely go back!

Juan is an incredible bartender! His attention to detail, friendly attitude, and amazing drink-making skills make every visit a great experience. He goes above and beyond to ensure each drink is crafted perfectly and always brings great energy to the bar. Whether you’re looking for a classic cocktail or something unique, Juan never disappoints. His service is fast, professional, and always with a smile. Highly recommend sitting at the bar when he’s working—you won’t be disappointed!
