My sister and I cam into this gas station to simply buy a snack. My sister didn't realize the door had not shut on the walls. And the lady that was work (Which is the owner) came to to me really rudely telling me that she had been calling me to tell me to close the door and that I needed to pay more attenchine......I aplogize to her say that we didn't not see it hadn't closed.....they had been talking in a different languagethat I cannot understand so I wasn't hearing them........ my sister knows that I do not deal with rude people well so I just told my sister to put her drink back that we were going somewhere else........my father had called me and I had told him what had happened...... and he said that she was really rude to alot of people when ever he goes in there and that he would've done the same thing an left...... I just know that isn't good customer service I have worked for fast food and also worked as a phone representative and have been trained on how to speak with other......
