RUN! RUN FOR YOUR LIFE (or at least your sanity and money)! I had a 50k project I put 21K down on. Three months later, nothing! The only contact was from the sales lady, who lives in another state. Despite multiple requests for direct contact from management - nothing! The project was to be done in three months and they didn’t even submit the request to Xcel until after that time frame and that takes three months. I went to the office and no one was ever there but the parking lot was full of junked out vehicles, themselves full of junk. After finally finding someone at the office and videoing the interaction where I had to state I was suing them I got a check in the mail for my deposit. Never once any contact from the owner or management. The saleslady said he doesn’t like to deal with people. What a joke of a company! I still have proof of all this if there is any question.

Response to response: Total lies. Apparently this genius doesn't realize that Xcel tracks and records when applications/documents have been submitted/uploaded, or that I documented the weeks of voice mails and emails requesting my money back that went completely unresponded to. Anyway, not my problem anymore and I have duly warned you all!

We shopped solar companies for a couple of years. We had more people mention High Noon than any other company. We knew a few people personally that used tham so when our neighbor recommended them we knew they were the company for us. It was a lengthy process as far as Xcel went but once everything was done with them, High Noon had us installed and completed within a week. We had direct contact with them and they were super responsive and there to answer any and all questions. Would definitely recommend them!
