The workmanship is TOP NOTCH, the prices more than fair, and the extra help you receive is EXCELLENT. These are good folks doing EXCELLENT WORK. I cannot recommend HIGH EFFICIENCY highly enough. they come out do the audit, tell you all the things you are going to get and that needs done. it was pretty amazingm they did the vent holes in the eaves, insulated the door to the basement from the garage in addition to all the added attic insulation, new light bulbs and water pressure things. Great service!

Corey, the Lead Auditor, conducted my energy audit. For some reason, I was really nervous about the audit. However, after 5 minutes sitting at my kitchen table listening to Corey describe the process and the benefits, I was put completely at ease. I was looking forward to what I could learn from him and improvements I could make for increased energy efficiency. He installed a new thermostat and provided "smart" power strips. He made a series of recommendations and provided a referral for additional information on heat pumps. From scheduling with Korinne to working with Corey, their service was top tier. Thank you Cape Cod Energy Solutions LLC and Corey for an excellent job!

Scam artists. First off they insisted on using fiber glass insulation(telling me it was better than blow in insulation, which is incorrect as it’s just more expensive and more money for them) in my attic during the intial audit after I explained I would be soon finishing the attic. They made it seem like it was necessary to do so if we were going to finish the attic. When installers arrived for the work they did not walk me through what they were doing until everything was fully installed. When questioned on the insulation, I was told they would call their supervisor but not to worry the insulation could be used under the flooring of a finished attic (which is not correct). I questioned again and was told they would call me. No call back was ever received. I later had the company reach out to do additional testing and I brought up my complaint again and that they should remove their mistake due to poor communication I was told I would get a call back. I did the next week and they tried to tell me they weren’t at fault and would charge me $1500 to remove. I asked for the foreman or owner to call me back and they never did and proceeded to charge my bank card( used for deposit and made clear I’d pay with another payment to complete ) without my authorization.

The administrative team was very helpful and communicated well.

The on site team was so polite. They laid out floor coverings to protect my floors, worked hard and cleaned up after themselves.

Cape Cod Energy Solutions completed a MassSave energy assessment, and follow-up attic and basement insulation, weatherstripping, etc. Process was easy and the entire team was professional and courteous. The work was great and the entire house feels much tighter.
