*DO NOT COME HERE* I should have read the reviews before going to this location. Despite website listing all vehicle available for rental, NO VEHICLE was available for rental. All the staff knew this and wait extended time to acknowledge you so that they extend the suffering as long as possible. When acknowledged, the staff was rude and avoided all eye contact confirming their guilt of wasting customer time and money. Racism is most likely a factor, for I am an Asian male that they treat me this way. The customer before me was black and received welcoming accolade from the all black staff. *AVOID AVOID AVOID*

I recently rented a car from Hertz, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The vehicle I received was dirty and smelled musty, and it took forever to get through the check-in process. I had to come back three times because they kept saying they don’t have a car even though I had a reservation and couldn’t find the right car for me. When I tried to call customer service, they never picked up the phone. Additionally, the staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful when I raised my concerns. To top it off, I was charged extra fees that weren't clearly explained during the booking. I expected much better service and quality from a well-known rental company. I won't be using Hertz again.

Whoever works in corporate office needs to see these reviews that everybody is saying about this EXACT location. I’m working full time to issue a complaint on this location & ALL the employees. Ive waisted too much money traveling to & from this location on multiple times. I had plenty reservations, everytime I arrive they tell me they don’t have any cars available. Then say I should call & confirm 1st. Ive been calling this location EVERYDAY probably 30 times a day for 3 weeks straight now and didn’t get not 1 answer. When you walk in, there’s 4 people sitting around. None of them greet you, they have bad attitudes, & don’t care about customer service. It’s 3 women & 1 boy. They ALL need to be held accountable. They make Hertz look horrible. But obviously no one cares. From this location on down. What’s the point of reviews if the owner don’t take us serious. I’m sure somebody in headquarters see everybody basically giving this location 1 star & the same complaints. Nothing has changed so that’s how we know no training or anything was put in place. Been trying to get a rental for OVER a month & keep waisting money that I don’t have to uber to my reservation & leave with nothing. I’ll also look to see if I can sue about that. False advertising. Why confirm my reservation if you don’t have nothing for me when I get there? Definitely about to see what me and my lawyer can do about that.

Cars were reserved for 3 weeks in a row and each week the car I reserved was never available! The cars they had were so filthy I had one detailed 3 separate times and I was still not comfortable being inside the car they all each one had issues. Their disclosure is beyond me when you think it’s okay to rent automobiles that have been trashed wrecked scratched dented and then advise no refunds for anything you the consumer has to have done to driver your paid customers/riders in. Hertz/Uber shame on you.

This location uses deceptive practices in forcing customers to get insurance when it’s already included. I’m currently in the process of speaking to their CEO on LinkedIn and possibly filing a law suit for UDAAP violations.

From rentals, vehicle selection, maintenance, returns, questions or concerns, I am ALWAYS recognized and serviced quickly. All staff is kind, friendly, and keep me aware of any changes in the Hertz / Uber Vehicle Solutions program. The process is really very easy. I like the music in the waiting area. The location is always neat and clean. Brianna is AWESOME!

Terrible Experience - Avoid this Hertz Location

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at the Hertz location at 4003 Main St, College Park, GA. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was abysmal. The staff were unprofessional, rude, and seemed completely uninterested in helping me.

The wait time to check out the rental car was astronomically long. There were four employees present, but only one seemed to know how to check out regular rental cars. The rest claimed they only dealt with Uber rentals, despite the location clearly being a Hertz, with all Hertz signage around. It felt like they had no interest in helping regular customers, which made the experience unnecessarily frustrating.

The vehicle I reserved was not available, and they didn’t bother to notify me in advance. I was given a dirty car with cosmetic damages and a terrible smell inside. The interior was worn and in poor condition, making the drive uncomfortable. When I raised these issues, the staff dismissed them without offering any apology or resolution.

To make matters worse, when I dropped off the vehicle, I asked for a receipt and was told that the manager would send it to me in a few days. It’s been days, and I still haven’t received anything. I called the location to follow up, and the employee rudely told me to go online and get it myself.

This location seems to have no regard for its customers' time, safety, or satisfaction. I would highly recommend avoiding this Hertz location at all costs.

Horrible. They over charge for all charging. If a charge is only 20 and you go 2 times. Why you charge everyone 150 to 250 a charge. They are very rude at this location. Only a few are nice. They make you wait hours as if your time does not matter. They are horrible. If you leave a bad review they place you on RJ dnr list it’s horrible
