Slow dispatch more correspondence is needed please don't say order before your time Pacific time and don't you dont dispatch it on time not the best hopefully next time it will be better but not a bad postage service to the UK and not the cheapest but not the most expensive. I may use another company next time to see the difference first time order not the best I'm afraid step up room for improvement better email response as I emailed took over 2 days to reply this wasn't on a weekend so please I hope you get better.

I've ordered from Herbs Pro many times and always receive my order in record timing. (I'm located in Canada).

I've never had an issue, the website is simple, payment is simple and the order always comes in correctly.

Highly recommended, especially since they carry many items you can't get in Canada.

My order arrived well before my shipment ESD. It was packed much better than Amazon and better priced. I ordered the same item from Amazon and it was packed poorly. Herbs Pro customer service was excellent.

DO NOT ORDER from the online store. I have been waiting on a shipment for 2 weeks and am unable to get a response from the company. It's extremely unprofessional. I should have done my research prior to ordering from them many other people have had similar issues. Do yourself a favor and order from a reputable supplier.

Ordered 3 products 01/07/25 and still have not received my packages … let’s wait.

Just an update until my package actually arrives and when it does I will put the real review…they contacted me after I sent out this review.

So another update 02/14/2025 like I’ve said before I have been waiting since 01/07/2025 when I posted my original review they called me asking to take it down….but now it’s like why? I ordered only 3 items…the items I am still waiting on is fenugreek powder, but at this point I do not want it anymore. It’s not out of stock which is so weird because it never said out of stock on the website. Herbspro you need to get your business together and fix your website because this is obviously an everyday problem. Look at reviews before buying items yall!!!! Anyways I WILL NOT BE TAKING MY REVIEWS DOWN. DO NOT CALL ME TO TAKE IT DOWN I HAVE A BABY IM NOT SITTING ON THE PHONE TO HEAR A SOB STORY WHEN I PAID $10 FOR SHIPPING JUST TO WAIT A MONTH FOR A ORDER. Contacted them to not ship the product since it took a while to ship to me and they still shipped it out even though it said out of stock the moment I asked them to give me my money back instead of the product. Crazy when I ask for a refund yall dont want to blow my phone up trying to contact me back but you want to contact me the moment I put this review up.

Also stop faking your reviews!!! Your 4.3 wasn’t there a month ago…

I ordered my product on Dec 23rd. It never arrived. After multiple phone calls, I was told the product was finally shipping. My package finally arrived almost one month later, only to find that they sent the completely wrong product. After calling, i was informed that I needed to send an email with a picture of the wrong product that was sent. I did it. I never heard back from anyone. After multiple emails, I was finally instructed that in order to recieve the correct product that I paid for, I would have to take the wrong product and drive to the post office and ship it back to them or they would not send me what I ordered. I am not doing that. So I am just stuck with a ridiculously overpriced tiny canister of cream that I do not need. I'm not sure who makes the decisions about policy for this company, but customer satisfction is not on the list. Stay far away from this company. They do not care about repeat business. I would give it zero stars if it would let me.

Dishonest company and I would give negative stars if I could. It's been almost 2 weeks since I placed an order and my package says it's still in California and in fact the post office never even received anything from them to ship to me. I live in Michigan and when I tried to send multiple Emails they never replied. You stole my money and won't make it right. This company is a disgrace. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
