This service puts Henderson to shame. We love this city. But our water bill was $730. Our neighbor was hit with $900. They keep growing the city, but unlike Las Vegas they can't provide me with daily use. Neither do they have a warning system for overuse. They are a stone age service. Then they go on TV and claim Henderson has the best water conservation. Ha ha!!

After years of public outcry, negative reviews, and unresolved complaints, it is evident that a complete overhaul of this utility service provider is long overdue. With a dismal 1.6-star rating and over 64 negative reviews on Google alone, it’s clear that customers are consistently dissatisfied — and worse, ignored.

Supervisors including Janae, Cameron, and Ann, along with their superior Danielle, have been repeatedly named in complaints going back several years. Their unprofessional behavior — including speaking over customers, displaying rude attitudes, and offering no meaningful support — continues unchecked. Having personally spoken with all four individuals mentioned, I can confirm that this review is not only accurate, but consistent with the many other complaints publicly available Danielle, in particular, lacks the leadership, professionalism, and accountability necessary for someone in her position. It is no surprise that the rest of the team reflects her attitude.

This is not just about poor customer service — this is a systemic failure of leadership, oversight, and quality assurance. Despite repeated flags and specific personnel being mentioned by name in numerous public reviews, no corrective action has been taken. This speaks volumes about the internal culture of this organization and its disregard for customer concerns.

Furthermore, billing practices appear inconsistent and excessive. While the average monthly water bill for a 2,200 sq. ft. home in Henderson is reportedly $65–$75, many customers — myself included — receive bills exceeding $120 monthly without explanation. This suggests not only poor transparency but possibly mismanagement or overcharging.

A complete operational and staffing overhaul is necessary

You attempt to turn off services online because you would think in 2025 that would be an option. Guess what it’s not. These are the latest oldest system and employees that probably work in Nevada state alone?!?! Judy took my call today after waiting on hold for two hours. I’ve sent numerous emails to try to get my service turned off. You have to speak with someone over the phone then they don’t backdate anything since you’ve been calling And you still have to pay for two months, even though you’ve not lived in the home a straight rip!!! Don’t move to Henderson

I just moved to the Henderson area and I would deal with Las Vegas water department any day over this company. I pay online through my bank and I guess it landed a day late and they’re already charging me a late fee. You can clearly see the check was postdated five days in advance. All these extra fees, they got going on in Henderson compared to Las Vegas. Why are we paying regional charges? What is this?
Being a manager myself I’m really thinking that this place really needs a new manager because if you look at your reviews, they are horrendous.

We all need to look into getting another company out in Henderson besides this company!

It's 2025 and there's no way to start or stop a service online? 1 hour holding on their customer service line and nothing. Wow. Just wow. Complete ineptitude at it's worst.

Heads up for anyone who has a leak and submits a repair request for credit towards your bill, they take way longer than they tell you to review it and when they finally decide, you will get the absolute minimum even if you put thousands into repairs and submit proof. I got a whole $17 credited when my repair was $13,500 due to a ruptured main line. They wont offer to do any extensions and will squeeze every penny out of you while their department takes their sweet time reviewing your case and then give you pennies as your credit. Why even have the program if you rip your customers off like this?
