Had Tyler out to my house for a patio cover estimate. He was extremely knowledgeable. I was concerned about my HOA but Charlie took care of the drawings and any questions I had. The install crew confirmed layout with me before install. Pretty sure they left my backyard cleaner than it was before they got there lol.

Everything sounded great at the signing of the contract. When this company came out everything I wanted done did not happen. It went according to Manuel, who was running this job. I really don't think they had an actual crew but day laborers that came out a couple of days here and there. Concerned, I tried to get a hold of whomever over saw these projects. No one returned my call, not even Jeff the salesman I signed with. Charlie said he was the go to guy when there is a complaint, even though he was in charge of the paint selection. Nothing went according to what I wanted done but to this Manuel, Rudy, and Tyler (whom I've never met but finally spoke with on the phone), and whoever else these people were. It was obvious they were cutting corners. I wanted an exterior paint job, stucco repair and fascia board repair. My house is average size, 1540 sq. ft. They were at my house about a month and when they finally did the fascia boards, I just about had a mental break down. I've been sick to my stomach ever since. Very unhappy and this job is stopped.

They remove the old roof and install a brand new roof in a week... Whole process went smooth with zero issues. Very impressive. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.
We went from a black color roof to a desert tan color roof.
I included a before and after photo.
We're also planning other projects and upgrades to our home and we're definitely going with "Help Your Home California" for our future remodeling.
