Dillon was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions about designing, sizing, and installation our new solar panels. We did our initial research about solar and reached out to about five local solar installation companies. Helios was referred to us by my neighbor and he was very satisfied with the overall installation process. Dillon was very thorough in explaining us the system. He did do some research and suggested us with two system configurations. We did go with the higher capacity one. Our installation process had a long wait time of about four months. This included getting permit from town and Eversource. The actual installation was done in a day. Dillon was there to oversee the whole process. Our town inspector was very impressed with the quality of installation. After passing the town inspection and getting two way meter installed, John came and activated our system. We did not pay any money towards electricity bill after that and it's been over 6 months. We will see about winter with reduced sunlight and snow covered roof, but so far everything looks great! We have over 400 kWh in energy credit. Highly recommend Helios to everyone.

After talking to several Solar installers and doing my due diligence on cost and talking to Helios customers, I decided to go with Helios. And I am sure glad I did!! Dillon and John were great through the whole process. They are two of the most customer focus people I have run into on home projects in many years. Although, we had a slight hiccup on the installation, they fixed it immediately without any hesitation. Their crews were friendly and did a great job cleaning up after the installation. Most important, in the last 3 months, I already have over $500 in credits from the electric company.
