We just got solar panels with Heliogold. Jasper and Jonathan Monge are two very professional and knowledgeable representatives of the company. They answered all our questions and explained everything really well. The installation crew did an excellent job. They kept us informed with each step of the process. The whole thing was completed in a very timely manner. I highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with Heliogold. I requested a quote through Yelp and they got back to me right away. We were able to set up an appointment the next day to go over all the details. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. They were also very patient as we had a lot of questions. We are very happy with the service that we received and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to go solar.

My experience has been fantastic. Joe was very knowledgeable and informative. I had an issue after the panels where installed and they were there to fix the issue in a very timely manner. I would recommend Heliogold to everyone.

Terrible service and follow up. Stay away from this unprofessional company. They reps do very little to help you. They made us call sunpower to activate system. All 3 sales reps are not available. No follow up. Installation was messy, they cracked tiles no mention of it, and left nails and washers on the roof. Forgot parts to finish the system which caused delays. When spoke to the owner he was surprised to hear anything negative. Clearly communication and accountability is lacking.if the one rep could not connect to the system wouldn't she call us back. Nope!. Not the experience we were sold.

From the initial meeting all the way through to a potential service contract post-installation, the customer service at this company is....dare I say it...unparalleled? In a class by itself? Second to none? The last time I had this great of service was with John and Melissa Steele of Steele Realty. The opposite of this stellar service would be my experience with Hot Tub Cruisin', but I digress. Joe Dale, our salesperson, was such a clear communicator, consistent, and great with follow-through. He spent a lot of time with me, assessing what loan terms would be best for me, and he was infinitely patient as I asked multiple questions and never lost patience with me when I asked him to review or repeat information. He did a great job of building my trust through all that. I really appreciate how he carves out time for his customers post-installation and really takes a long term view of building relationships which of course should lead to referrals. (His parents should be proud and can't wait to see what he's built in 10 years!) Beyond Joe, I had a flawless experience with all other moving parts, from the loan to the installation, etc. Read other reviews that hone in on more of the specifics of the product, etc. but just know that this team is striving to rise to the top and be an industry leader for the long term.
