As real estate investor with multiple investment properties, I have used RSE Energy Group for many years and not even a single time they've gone wrong with me. I can't say enough good things about this company. I've had a tough time finding trustworthy businesses that consistently follow through and follow up. Ron is supremely responsive and easy to communicate with, any time of day or night. My initial heating issue wasn't completely resolved after the first service. Although I was panicking since the temperature was dropping, Ron stayed on top of it and was reassuring throughout. I couldn't believe he was able to get someone come at 8p on a Saturday to address my heating system. How great is that! Aaron, the technician, was thorough. He took apart the boiler, tested the electrical, checked all of the valves, found and cleaned the clogs and put it all back together. His parting words were "don't hesitate to call us again if you see any problems." This is not a case of a company, technicians, or owner who do not care. If you're looking for reliability and honest support, this is the group for you. I plan to use them for plumbing and would hire them for electrical if they offered that. Seriously, I couldn't be happier to have a straight-forward solution and peace of mind for heating and plumbing.

There could not be a more professional, customer- focused heating and cooling company in the area.

First, you're treated like family. We had a sweltering Sunday at 3pm when our a/c decided to give up.

Ron took the call and dispatched a team out within an hour. The issue was fixed and he became our preferred contractor. We have 3 rentals, often call with emergencies, this company addresses the problem, determines the correct way forward and does exceptional work.

RSE has dispatched to us more than a dozen times. We now have a service contract with them. It's simply more affordable.

Courteous, local and conscientious. You CAN NOT find this type of a contractor anymore.

I was looking for a new HVAC company for my office, I found RSE Energy Group and called and left a message. Raymond returned my call promptly and scheduled an onsite visit. When I had received the contract, I was very pleased with the quote how reasonable it was. This is the third year I am using RSE, I am glad that I found them. If I have an emergency, they do not hesitate to come onsite and Nicholas, one of the technicians is very pleasant and professional as is Raymond. Service is awesome!!!! I can't say enough good things about Ron and his guys. Ron came highly recommended to me to service my tankless water heaters. He sent one of his guys over towards the end of the day. Well guess what? Next day, still had no heat. Called Ron again and this time he sent someone right over. Problem solved. I have heat!
I am also in tbe process of buying a house and had Ron come take a look at the house current heating system. Some good news, some some bad news. But Ron will be putting in a new heating system. I will definitely be supporting this black owned business moving forward for all my HVAC needs.

I have used RSE Energy on numerous occasions and cannot say enough good things about them. Firstly they are always responsive. Secondly they do not charge high fees like other name brand companies to do diagnostic tests. Thirdly they do not upsell you products you don’t need. They are cost effective compared to other companies. I have shopped around of certain HVAC related issues and RSE Energy has sometimes come in 50% below the price quoted by others. I haVe recommend them to numerous clients and friends of mine and have only received positive feedback from them. I would definitely recommend them.
