I can't say enough good things about the service and generosity of Brian and the HB Energy crew. We recently purchased a new pellet stove from HB after a bad experience with an old stove we had purchased somewhere else. Brian came to our home and advised us what type of stove would work for us. While in our home installing our new stove Brian helped us out with a few other things as he could see we were both having medical issues at that time. I just moved to the area and was this company was recommended as a great service so far I'm not impressed ask for them to do an estimate on a project that is very very small in fact as a builder for 45 years I've never had such treatment from any plumber. The minute showed up was very nice very accommodating but it took me almost a week and a half just to get them to show up to do an estimate that was on a Monday I was assured I'd get an estimate right away I'm a veteran I need a I need a tub foot in because of my illness and my legs and whatnot and I'm buying my own tub to save some money The company was supposed to give me an estimate by Friday I waited and waited and waited and waited and nothing and finally I called three times to find out what's going on could you give me the estimate so I can send it to the VA so they can do what they need to do to get my tub in I was willing to pay their price for their labor now as a builder I know what it cost for parts I know what it cost for labor and for $1,500 I thought now this is kind of inflated at the most it shouldn't cause more than $500 The parts were very minimal in fact it was a very easy job in fact a child could do the job I could do the job and I would have but the VA asked for a written estimate which I still have not gotten from this company if they're that busy they should say we can't do it right from the get-go but they strung me along for over two weeks and now I have to find somebody else because I still haven't got the written estimate as of Friday which this lady told me she would have and guaranteed I would have on Friday terrible service they are inflating their prices they are taking advantage of veterans and they are not who I recommend when it comes to service because they don't follow up they don't have time and when they don't have time they inflate the price to accommodate them terrible terrible terrible and they should be exposed and I'm exposing him as a veteran I deserve better treatment anybody deserves better treatment besides me and I know other people that recommended them and know I told them I don't know why you wait so long to get an estimate or even the job done if they're that busy either need to hire more people or say we don't have time we're not interested that would solve the whole problem just my opinion take it for what it's worth as a builder for 45 years I cannot believe what these guys are doing around here today they are making money thank God for them but we would never treat anybody the way they've treated me like I don't count are you kidding me That's the way it is today in this world and they need to have a shake-up call stop inflating and stop taking advantage of people

Weekend emergency plumbing, of course. Melissa was great in understanding the urgency abd arranged for on call service. Brian came , fixed part the of the problem that was urgent and got me up and running
for the weekend. Parts for the other half on order already, Melissa keeping me informed.

I cannot stress enough how great HB Energy and especially Brian, have been for me! I am new to the area. When my pellet stove wouldn't work back in December, I made quite a few phone calls. HB are the ONLY ones who called me back. They fit me into their tight schedule and sent Brian that day. Brian did an excellent and extremely thorough job cleaning out my pellet stove. It was a learning experience for me. Any questions I had, he gave me a straight answer. Since then, I have dealt with Brian 3 more times. And each time I realize that I will never call anyone else. I appreciate everything that he has done for me and I'm so grateful that HB Energy are the ones who called me back that day. That said a lot to me and I will send anyone I know to them. Anyone reading this, I have had nothing but positive experiences and 100% ,they know what they're doing. Thank you HB Energy and thank you Brian, you saved me!

Brian and his team at HB are second to none! We had some issues with our pellet stove recently and, in the midst of his busy season, Brian went above and beyond to fit us in. Brian and his technicians are very knowledgeable and eager to get to the bottom of any issue. Brian even stopped by on a Saturday morning to make a few adjustments and make sure our stove was running seamlessly. I can not say enough about this company and all of their dedicated employees! HB will always be our first choice for any of our heating needs!
