What a ridiculous thing to charge people for gis maps that aren't gis maps. Being a surveyor this shouldn't cost me a thing. 50$ for a photo of a map that you should provide as part of your civic duty to your customers is just plain wrong.

We had a plumbing problem on News year’s Eve. I called Harpeth Valley, we expected to be out of services for days because of the holidays. To my amazement they responded with in a hour. Not just one person but 3 trucks and went to work. Keith and his crew were amazing and relentless till they solved my problem. They came back on New Year’s Day and completed the job. In today’s world it is refreshing to see that kind of services. The whole crew was very professional. Thanks for starting my New Year off right and restoring my faith in a crazy this crazy world.

They're terrible.... they charge you for trying to pay online or over the phone, but if you pay by check and they don't process it fast enough, they will threaten to cut you off at the DROP of a hat. I had an extra large bill for a number of reasons one month, and planned to pay it off in three installments, which was pretty damn obvious, and they called and claimed they hadn't received a payment from me in months. Which was easily disprovable.

The literal only reason I use them is because I have no other option.

HVUD is great! Service is always prompt and they get the job or repair done quickly. Our neighborhood water supply went off on Jan. 20, 2020, a holiday, and within thirty minutes the problem was fixed and they returned our call to check on us. Thanks HVUD.
