The service wasn't the problem ... The problem was they're way overpriced .. I'm talking line a good 10$-20$ more than every other headshop ... Plus I specifically asked him not to give me the cigarette tube cartoon that was crushed making the cigarette not able to be filled without it being empty where it meets the filter so basically I have to go through 200 defective tubes which I over payed for by almost 5 dollars ... If you don't mind throwing your hats earned money away then give them your business but me I don't have it like that ... See what happens when you smoke a defective tube last picture ... When it gets to the bottom the tobacco cherry will fall off

My top smoke shop in the area! They're open 24/7 which is my main reason for favoritism... but they also have a huge selection for anything a smoke shop should have. Prices are the best you'll find, and products across the board are high quality. Stocked drink fridge, also a must for me. ALSO, great customer service. The owner treats customers like family. I haven't experienced this at any other smoke shops around. Theres even a cigar lounge with walls lined with hundreds of various types, if you're into that kinda thing. Total win with Harbor Smoke & Tobacco!

WHOEVER WORKED SATURDAY MORNING 130AM 1-27-24:: Don't lie to people if they ask u to see if u have what they need. If u don't want to look just say so and to not allow a 5$ discount on a generic product for the trouble and inconvenience isn't very good customer service. DONT LIE TO POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS.

I really like this smoke shop! Joseph was sooo helpful and very kind. He helped me find the best disposable vape flavor that I would like and even had me try it to make sure I liked the flavor before I left and that was so awesome since I have purchased so many different flavors in the past and didn’t like them, so that was really cool of him and that he really cared. The prices are also very reasonable compared to other smoke shops in the area. Thank you SO much Joseph! I will definitely be coming back even more so now because of you!
