Harbor freight customer service is always very good. The only time I've had any problems getting help was during the holiday season. And that's only because there's a lot of people there and all of their workers are helping other people. I think when you're shopping during the holidays you just have to be patient anyway.

Do not buy the Wood Chipper. Wasted a ton of time and energy. Made a mistake and bought the 1st one as a damaged box 20% off. Would not run. Took back after assembly, and removing oil and gas, and needed to pay the 20% more to get another. Fine. Spent time assembling and putting to work. Useless on desert shrubs. Spent hours trying to get this thing to grind anything through the top hopper feed. Then the throttle started malfunctioning. Needless to say had to remove the gas and oil to take back. I understand its their store policy, but that 20% restocking fee $116.00 for a tool that doesn't perform stung. I will be extremely wary of what I buy there now. Buyer beware

I have always enjoyed my trips to Harbor Freight. The employees have always acknowledged me and said hello, they are very knowledgeable about the products and aren't pushy. The inventory is awesome and I always find something that I don't need but is so cool that it comes home with me.

Employee at the check out knew where the product I was loooking down to the exact spot and help with an exchange when I got the wrong size item. No hassle and entertaining during checkout. Might go in just to cheer myself up after long day. Thumbs up for great hiring

Need a tool to remove my NOX sensor on my diesel van. Went to this location because the one closer to my house was out of stock. Had looked the item up online and I had no issue finding the tool and was a fast friendly check out. Glad that it appeared in my suggestions online so I knew they carried the tool I needed. The tool worked perfect and is now in my tool box.

I shop here all the time for tools and stuff for the house and car tools. Interesting story while I was shopping today, the power went out and the emergency lights came on for a little while. Surprisingly I was able to finish my shopping and pay with a credit card. Whoever set up the emergency systems in this place did a good job.

One of the nicer Harbor Freight Tools locations, with a well stocked range of affordable hardware tools. Top notch staff, willing to help. It does get, though, busy here at times. Lots of parking, just off from busy Oracle Road.

Cheap tools that are actually pretty good sometimes. Three stars because half of the people working there are security guards for some reason.
