Terrible customer service. We saw all the negative comments and decided to give them a shot anyway and boy was that a huge mistake and a complete waste of time and money. Hire incompetents and you look incompetent.

What a fantastic company to work with! Everyone was great to deal with. The staff on the phone were friendly at explaining how things work (dumpster rental) and were transparent on pricing and fees. The driver who dropped off was also very pleasant to deal with. Will definitely use them again, happy to have them in town and will definitely recommend them to neighbors and friends!

We switched to Handy Dandy about a year ago and the difference in service from our previous provider is second to none. They really go above and beyond. This is customer service at its finest. If you are thinking about switching trash companies choose Handy Dandy you won’t regret it.

Vary unprofessional company that I’ve ever dealt with I would highly not recommend ANY commercial co not to use them they advertise they have equipment to move large dumpsters then use smaller ones so they can make more on hauling we actually had to hire another company to move their dumpsters because they couldn’t even pick them up and the other company had no problem moving them so don’t think cheaper co is better they were the worse dumpster co we ever used

Switch to Handy Dandy today!
Excellent company to do business with. My old trash company routinely skipped pick ups but never refunded payment for non service.
I even had to call Handy Dandy twice and spoke with a live person immediately who was incredibly polite and helpful.

It's kind of hard to talk about customer service and not talk about Handy Dandy Dumpster, this guy is impeccable. Great communication & pricing.. I believe the guys name was Joe that delivered my dumpster, 90% sure I am terrible with names.. this gentleman was not only good looking but one of the most kind & genuine people I have ever met. Delivery & pick-up was always on time and any adjustments were never a problem. If you ever need a dumpster, this is your guy.
