Website sucks. I would like to go on line and see my past payments and usage history. It shows me NOTHING. Why have a website with a username and password when you can not even use it? Again, your website needs A MAJOR OVERHAUL.

We lost a set of keys off the top of our Tesla last Thursday. It was right outside our house so we thought maybe they rolled down into one of the sewer drains. So we called Gulf Shores Utilities about 11:30am and Amy took the call. She sent two big guys out to our street and we met them anbout ann hour later, and showed them which drain to check. They didn’t find the keys so they checked the drain on the other side of the street. No keys. So then they offered to check a third drain about 20 yards further up the street. No keys. They tried really hard and stayed there about an hour looking for them. Then after they left, we received a follow up call from Amy to tell us that they were unable to find them.
WOW! That kind of customer service is never given where we moved here from…Dallas. It’s so nice to be here in Gulf Shores where regular people are treated with respect, and folks really care about helping out. We will never forget those two great guys that went out of their way to try to find our keys. Just wonderful. We LOVE LOVE LOVE GULF SHORES ALABAMA!

I once would have given them a five star rating. They even called me up and told me I had a slow leak. I called them up once when I overlooked a month payment. The lady laughed and told me we would not cut you water off for $30 dollars. The times have changed and I have had a account for 19 years. I had went overseas and missed a payment of $25 dollars. I came to my house Friday afternoon at 5 o’clock, no water till I paid in online Monday.

I called these people to have my service I have had for last 15 months transfered to my new house, lady told me I need to pay another deposit without even asking me my info. I told her I paid a deposit already where I'm moving from and I said why would I have to pay another 1 when I already did and she hung up on me. Very very unprofessional and very bad customer service
