Edit: Definitely an inverter problem and not a battery issue. I asked for assistance with an issue coming from a growatt inverter. Matt Welch was the tech helping me out. I was not aware of his one question rule. While he did provide an answer, my follow up question was met with a sharp response. I needed some clearing up, to which Matt Welch stated, “ that’s what I just said, didn’t know you needed to make a footnote out of it.”

Next issue I have with their system, it goes in the garbage. Not worth dealing with assholes

I am sad to have to write this negative review!

I purchased a unit and it is under warranty but without my knowledge I guess my purchase was from an unauthorized dealer.

So the crack down on unauthorized distribution is felt by the customers.

I’m sad to say this and I will not be buying any more growatt products and will not recommend them to anybody.

Even though you say check your website I could not find that section on your site!

You know you made it and that it’s covered under warranty!

Your company also has a location in China and the same city as my purchase. I did not get a steep discount I paid retail price.

The other unit we have is also a paperweight with the same issue!

The forums are saying the same issues I have.

You lost a customer for life and as someone who deals with off grid service I will never recommend your product nor speak good of it.

I feel that you had an opportunity to shine, especially since you know it’s new and you made it and other then because I bought it on Amazon .
I feel that you won’t stand behind your product and it is a sub par product.

I spent way too much time trying to get your product working properly . All for your company to pass the blame on verse standing behind your product!
