The service outage map is so helpful. The moment things go out, I get a text notification. The communication is great. I also saw the fleets go out as soon as safe after a big storm we had. I’m glad to have Greystone as my electric provider.

I have been a customer for a little over four years now. Excellent customer service and support with any issue I may have. Easy to coordinate dropping my power lines to have trees cut down a couple of years ago. Very helpful with updating my account today. Also any power outages that happen in my area, I get a text message for estimated time to be back up and running. Rates are reasonable compared to my former power company in Clayton County. Great service!

Greystone Power is terrible !! They have a monopoly in our area and their service and customer service is horrible. Cobb County has to do something about this ! It is a complete disappointment that Cobb County has forced this power company on us! We're prisoners !! Had to drive over downed lines for a year with babies and all. I cut them down today myself after repeated attempts to get help. Bill has been paid on time every month for 10 years. No loyalty, no respect ! If I could give negative stars I would.

I had a large tree branch laying on my main Power line. After numerous months of trying to get the rental property to handle it, I called Greystone and Jeremiah was out in 45 minutes. He assessed the situation, made adjustments for the future, AND made further repairs JUST to ensure we had no issues moving forward. Top-tier technician. Thanks, Greystone!

Greystone is over price. Rather you use anything in your home or even away the bill is still over $100. I live alone no one using electric but me. No air or heat on. I have lived in several states never had an extra charge for them to pocket a service fee this company is a rip off and need to be investigated for charging everyone a $25 service fee. Then if you use 1 kilometer pass what they think you should use your bill doubles then if you use 2 kilometers pass what they think you should use it triples. 🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡 they should be turned into the utility commission board.

We've been very happy with Greystone since we moved to Douglasville. Our power has been out since 4 am and a guy came by earlier and looked at everything (pole broken at neighbor's house) and now 5 trucks have arrived to fix it. We've seen them working all over the area today. Everyone we've dealt with has been very nice. We appreciate you guys!

Greystone can't be taken serious. I drive trucks, and I'm gone 5 to 6 days out of the week and my power bill is 200 dollars one month & 239 the next. I had to go outside to see if someone was stealing my power because AIN'T NO WAY!!! I'm only home 6 to 8 days a month and it's that high! People are home seven days a week and their power bill isn't that high. Then they go to blame it on my heat being on 70° degrees telling me they prefer it to be on 68. Man gtfoh! There's no way I'm going to allow you to tell me that my bill is that high due to a 2° degree difference! Yet again, people are home 7 days a week using their heat, TVs, stoves chargers etc and mine is that high because of it being on 70° degrees. Worst power company ever

My neighbors on Possum Creek in Dallas just had a worker come in a Greystone truck no clothing to identify himself at all. He tried to immediately gain access to their backyard where there is no meter. That is on outside of their fence. Once they called to speak to Greystone Power they weren't treated very kind in fact the representative had a attitude. Why are you all continuing to send your employees out ill prepared? Why can't you send texts to residents in certain neighborhoods pre warning of service or equipment changes. Why aren't you more concerned with their safety as well as the unsuspecting homeowners. People can get hurt walking into yards unannounced.
