The absolute worst property management agency that I've dealt with. They are not honest and upfront about the fees they collect. They keep 50% of the first months rent. THEN if rent is late they retain the late charge EVEN THOUGH the owner has to pay late fees on the mortgage. Then if issues arise they do not handle them fairly. I would not ever recommend this company to handle your rental property.
