Meu pai fez uma contratação, o prazo para instalação das placas está quase terminando (3 meses úteis). A instalação já foi marcada e de última hora avisaram que não seria mais possível instalar na semana programada, ficaram de dar retorno e não agendaram mais. Até 2 semanas atrás, ainda conseguíamos pelo menos contatar as pessoas responsáveis, que falaram diversas vezes que iriam retornar com uma posição e não o fizeram. Só hoje, fizemos mais de 40 tentativas de ligação, muitas das quais não foram atendidas, enquanto outras foram redirecionadas para as novas filiais que não sabem retornar e indicaram seguir tentando ligar para o mesmo número a fim de por "sorte" conseguir falar com alguém de Sapucaia. Além disso, os contatos pelo WhatsApp também só indicaram respostas automáticas por IA, sem nenhuma solução.
Não gostaria de precisar escrever esse comentário aqui para ser notada e obter uma resposta, mas, diante das inúmeras tentativas frustradas de contato, esta se tornou a única alternativa viável.

Minha consideração é lamentável a atenção deles, prestaram serviço para mim em 10/2021 , na época deu td certinho, mesmo os instaladores terem danificado meu forro de pvc e um deles era muito arrogante.
Ponto negativo foi após a enchente agora de 05/2024, pedi socorro, ajuda, orçamento e foi informado q estavam com muita demanda , isso até hj, não tive retorno e atenção alguma, nunca mais entraram em contato, o pós venda ficou a desejar.
Tive que procurar outra equipe, outra empresa pra me dar suporte.
