This company was running a street sweeper in our new neighborhood and The driver Arin didn’t know how to correctly run the machine and threw a rock full speed and hit our car parked in our drive way that then went flying in our OPEN garage with my husband and kids and could have easily severely hurt them. Then the owner John Davis told our insurance they were not liable for the damage to our car and said the machine had a guard for rocks but the driver said he only puts it down when people are outside?! My kids and husband were OUTSIDE people beware of this company I’m sure they have damaged property and the owners just don’t know. John Davis told me there was no way they they caused $1500 worth of damage when that’s what the professional gave us an estimate for. I guess he work for the auto company and middle TN erosion. He also told me what his driver didn’t admit to .... when YES he did to us and the police doing the report!!! I guess John Davis was there in his spirit as well.....

Daniel Reed has given very poor service to date. I am a neighbor of a developer (Landon Development Group), and the fence that was installed has been installed improperly. Sediment and debris has constantly ran into my newly sodded yard. I called both Landon Development Group and Mid TN Erosion and they are blaming one another rather than fixing the problem they created. I'm two seconds away from hiring an attorney.

They are doing work by our property for a builder (not our stuff). Twice now they have covered my fence in their goop and shot it into our yard. They don't even bother to clean it up, ridiculous.
