We are glad we chose this group to handle our solar project. Besides the great deal compared to others, they did an amazing job of holding our hand throughout the whole process. Installing the panels was done in a single day. They even took the time to explain everything that was happening. Our project manager made sure we knew what to expect and was always there to answer any questions we had. Greenpire did a super job, start to finish and hope you have as great an experience as we did.

I am so glad that the Greenpire sales reps came to my house offering to upgrade my Tesla solar panels. They explained to me how I could eliminate DWP bills by increasing the efficiency of the system AND I would get DWP rebates that were available.
The system I had was with Tesla, and it was not producing well and I had horrible financing through them as well.
Having dealt with Tesla/ SolarCity, I can see a huge difference in Greenpire's superior customer service and product value.
And I cannot say enough good things about
their incredible sales staff. Juan and David made Greenpire the easiest home improvement contractor I have ever worked with. Not once did they ever make me feel pressured to sign anything. Or like I was being over charged.
The panels they installed are half the size and twice the output of the ones installed by SolarCity
Informing me accurately and in my best interest.

Worst service ever not saving anything called them back numerous times and I still didn’t get the stuff that I needed back from them like paperwork. I’m still waiting for them to send me my copies of Building and safety final inspection. We’re going on two years and nothing they say they’ll call you back, but they never do. I’m going to try to reach him again because the panels are not working properly. The bill is higher than I’ve ever seen before.

Our solar install performed by Greenpire passed inspection Sept. 3, 2023. It looked like a good start.
After that time, is when the poor performance started.
SCE informed me that the paperwork to initiate the activation was not received until March 29, 2024, and that it would take 30-60 days to pass their inspection. There was a delay of close to 6 months in submitting the interconnection forms, and we still as of June 7th 2024.
At first, they were responsive with the same message each time, that they expected solar would be turned on in 2 weeks. After 5 more calls and 3 more texts in addition to my prior 12 calls and texts wherein they were initially responsive, I have not heard from them and we have not had any progress after 8 months of having the solar installation with no activation. We are still waiting to have solar activated for our property.
