Update: IF YOU NEED SOLAR LOOK LITERALLY LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!! IF YOU'VE READ THIS, AND YOU STILL USE THEM, YOU WERE WARNED!!!! This is by far the worst company I have EVER dealt with as previously stated and yet they just keep on topping themselves. So I try to be an understanding person and I definitely do not like putting negative reviews out, but when service is so bad that you thought the company closed!!!!!! What is one to do except help others stay away from experiencing the same fate. October 17th of LAST year was supposed to be my install date. January 4th was my actual install date after threatening to buy out the cancellation fee. It is now September and it's still not turned on. The worst part about it is, if I don't reach out to this company for an update I would never hear from them. I've spoken with the owner (who by the way no longer responds). I have contacts supposedly from 3 different "department heads" and I've asked multiple times, "just send me a text or an email every once in a while that says we haven't forgotten you." I don't think that is too much to ask, but apparently I am wrong. NEVER has this company reached out to me first, but you can bet your paycheck they take that payment out every month! Now don't get me wrong, they've reimbursed me for several payments (and to be clear I've never asked for it) but I guarantee they are being tacked right back on extending the loan. So as I wait for a response from this joke of a company I am also shopping for lawyers to get out of my contract and have them come take this stuff off my roof. At this point it's not even worth it. So I say again, stay as far away from this company as possible!!!

Worst company I have ever dealt with when it comes to customer service. My original install date was October 17th 2022, but it rained that day and understandably they couldn't install. I didn't hear from the company again until 6 weeks later when I threatened to cancel my agreement and reluctantly pay the buyout. At this point I wish I would have. My install didn't take place until January 4th. That same day my wife was in a car accident so I had to leave and I asked them to call me when they were finished, and of course they did not. After I called them they tell me the system couldn't be activated until it went through 2 inspections that would happen within a couple of weeks. We are now pushing mid February and still no contact. I've tried to contact them several times with nothing in return. So not only did I lose out on this year's tax credits but who knows if the system will ever be activated. If you're looking for solar STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS POSSIBLE!!! And be on the lookout for news coverage as I am giving them a little time before I contact the news.
