We're trying to keep our lawn watered because we have grass seed down currently and she moved every one of our sprinklers and didn't put them back before she left. I wouldn't be upset about it if it wasn't for the fact that they didn't need to be moved in the first place. Now my husband has to figure out where the sprinklers need to go again. We have hay down right now too. Hoping the application today doesn't kill off any grass that might be growing as well.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. They came soliciting on our street today and the same sales guy came to our door 3 different times in one day. I do not answer the door for men I do not recognize and the persistence to come to my home that many times made me feel uncomfortable. We are not required to answer the door for your sales reps. Do better.

I contacted this company for a one-time hornet nest removal due to a scheduling need, and while they were the only company available same-day, I feel compelled to share my experience for others considering their service.

The technician did the job I requested, but the sales experience over the phone was pushy and misleading. I was quoted $275 for a one-time removal, but after declining their recurring plan ($99 + $39.99/month), the price mysteriously increased to $299. I was told they "don’t usually do one-time treatments," even though it was initially offered. This came off as a pressure tactic to steer me into a contract I didn’t need.

They also claimed that hornets would return in two weeks unless I signed up for ongoing treatments, which contradicts basic entomology. A properly removed and cleaned nest doesn’t just “regrow” itself. On top of that, I had to insist they bag and remove the nest, as they apparently just leave it on the ground by default — something no one should accept as a standard.

While I appreciated the quick response time, the sales pressure and misinformation made the experience feel more like a marketing pitch than a professional service. If you’re in a bind and need fast help, they may be an option — but go in with your eyes open, push for clear expectations, and don’t be afraid to stand your ground.

I recently had a fantastic experience with Greenix Pest Control, and I can't recommend them enough! From the initial contact to the service itself, everything was seamless and professional.

A special shout-out to Miranda, who was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patiently answered all my questions, and explained the entire process in a way that was easy to understand. Miranda was not only efficient and thorough in her work but also genuinely friendly and personable, making the whole experience much more pleasant. Her attention to detail and commitment to ensuring I was satisfied truly stood out.

Information was concise and detailed, first treatment seems to have gone well. Some of the program specifics could have been communicated more clearly but, otherwise, everyone I worked with was pleasant, and it seems like a good service.

Ashlee was out to my house today and I was do impressed with the amazing customer service. She text first thing this morning let me know she would be doing the service call today and then called me when she was on her way. Ashlee also took the time to text me pictures of the empty bait boxes and sent a update. Very pleased with the service today, I wish all the Greenix employees gave this wonderful customer service.
