I ordered a birthday floral arrangement, from a photo on Greene's website, for same-day delivery. They not only called ahead, but they called after the delivery to make sure it arrived safely. Arrangement looked just like the photo - just beautiful. Recipient was extremely pleased and said they were gorgeous. Well done!

I placed an order for flowers for my sister's birthday. I live out of state and have used Greene's before. She loved them then, and this time she couldn't stop raving about them. She used the word "exquisite" to describe them.
The woman I spoke to was very polite and helpful. I gave her free reign to make them how she liked.
My sister told me they were by far the best flowers she has ever received. My brother in law was kinda bummed... Left his flowers on the sad end of the deal. I'm thrilled I have a great resource from so far away to make her birthday extra special. Thanks Greene's for making me look good from afar.

I was very disappointed in Greene's Florist after they came highly recommended. I am not from Weatherford and was in town to help make arrangements for a funeral. Our family came in to order several large floral arrangements for the service and from the time we walked through the door we felt like we were an inconvenience. We were told there was a book on the table that we could look through and then one of the florist just hovered over our shoulders and was impatient and short with us when we had questions. During a time like this I was expecting a little more compassion and customer service. Needless to say we got up and looked for another florist. If you don't care about customer service, then Greene's is your place!

Pros: Ordered online and had no problems. Delivery was on time. The flowers were pretty.

Con’s: for the $$$ amount paid does not seem equivalent to delivered product. Small quantity of actual flowers.
