Greenergy’s work on my home failed inspection.

Not once, but twice.

The issues uncovered by the D.C. inspector, a third-party master electrician I hired, and the Department of Licensing and Consumer Protection are serious.

As a result, Greenergy is facing multiple fines. More severe penalties may follow.

Beyond the quality of their work, Greenergy has been hostile, antagonistic, and unresponsive. Dealing with them has been the most unpleasant experience of my life.

Greenergy installed a car charging station in my garage and the install came out even better than I expected. The technician took time to walk through the installation and exchanged ideas on options that would work best. He took extreme care and time in making it a professional and clean install. Henry came a bit before 2 pm today and in approximately 3 productive hours successfully installed my Tesla Wall Charger. He was punctual, efficient, knowledgeable and very professional. He did an excellent job, cleaned up after himself, answered questions and give me the advice I needed. I was very impressed by him, his capabilities and Greenergy. Your pricing was also very fair. Excellent and prompt service from responding to request for quotation, installation and invoicing. All done during Covid19 restrictions.
A special thank you to Caesar for the excellent work he did in installing the ChargePoint EV charger and kWh meter. His professionalism, knowledge and work ethic is a credit to your firm. Did a great job on some work I had them do, but there was one problem with an outlet that we had them install. Called them a few times to come out. A few months later they came out to look at it but they couldn’t fix the issue. Getting hold of them sense that day has been impossible.
