First let me say this: Aeroseal WORKS! We have a 5,000sqft home. Our basement was frigid (not just basement cold but actually frigid), while our main floor was ok, and our upstairs was ok with some throttling of the vents (probably not ideal esp considering we have to change them twice a year). Once Greene Solutions finished, I noticed an immediate different in our home! I had to change the thermostat because it was so much more efficient and getting too warm. Our basement is comfortable and habitable now!!!! There is great airflow to our upstairs!!

No screw holes or gaps/cracks where the ductwork joins together for dust to get in! The air pressure we were losing is not longer lost! Instead it’s headed upstairs where we want it!

Best part? These guys were in and out in about 5 hrs! No “downtime”. No construction for days. No “several crews” in and out of the house. In fact, my husband and I worked from home while these guys did their work!

Now enough about the product and the process. On to the people: Dustin was the one that answered the phone when I called. Super friendly and was able to get us in within a week. Thomas was our Energy Specialist who came out. Thomas is very knowledgeable, helpful, kind, low pressure and he truly understands how to make a connection with his clients. Absolutely fantastic! He shared a couple of other energy saving thoughts with us while he was here. Most importantly, he is very low pressure!

The two man crew that came out to complete the sealing project (within a week of us signing with Thomas) where so down to earth and knew they’re stuff. He explained every step of the process as they were working and made sure we didn’t have any questions (at any part of the process). Very thorough and hard workers! They were also incredibly respectful of our property and home!!!

Greene Solutions gave a tremendous amount of detailed information in their energy audit, that was customized to our specific home. Every area of of our home was carefully inspected and I am confident that we will make informed decisions to help us be comfortable in our home for years to come.

It was time to warm my home up. I made my appointment with somewhere else but decided to get 2 more estimates. Thomas from Greene Solutions came out and we sat and discussed all the conditions of my home. Then we walked through all of the conditions of the home for him to see the problems first hand. We sat down and talked about solutions that would improve each area independently. Encapsulate the crawl space (didn't even know that was a thing), Aeroseal ducks and of course insulate the attic and some areas throughout the basement. The ability to sit down with Thomas to so freely and openly talk about all the issues with my home lead me to the decision that Greene Solutions has to do this job. They came out and did such a great job, it took me time to notice all the areas they touched that I hadn't made mention of. But they found some foundation issues with the house and had to stop with the encapsulation of the crawl space. Said that when I got it fixed they would come back and finish. Fortunately they took pictures so I was able to work with getting someone out to fix, but it took quite a bit of time for me to find the right price with the right company. Thomas helped with that too. But fixing the foundation meant severely destroying most the encapsulation work that was done. Within 2 days of completion of the foundation work they had scheduled to come back out and within 48 hours they were back and completed ALL the work. My home is just as I had hoped and wanted it to be; warm and cozy! Let me also mention; again Thomas is the best, the guys who all came out, you wouldn't know they were even their. No mess, nothing broken (I wasn't home) my home was just like i left it. Finally the price was reasonable, competitive and worth ever penny when getting the results you want. Thank you Greene Solutions for making my home exactly what I wanted, thank you Thomas and team you all are the best!

I have to add, all the foundations guys complemented the encapsulation work that was done. That was impressive to me and another sign that I had made the right choice with Greene Solutions.

Wow! We just had Greene Solutions come to add insulation to our attic and do duct sealing with Aeroseal and we’re so impressed by them! The team that came to do the work were in and out the door in less than 4 hours and were so courteous and professional. Last year, I bought a home that turned out to be cold in the winter and hot in the summer. This was (as you can imagine) less than great for my energy bills. After trying to figure out what the problems were myself, and feeling unsure of what to do first to have any impact, I contacted Greene Solutions for an energy audit.

Dustin efficiently got me scheduled, and Thomas (the owner) spent the entire day in my home with a thermal camera and a door setup that pulled air through my home to find air leaks (we found gaps in window caulking, behind outlets, above light fixtures - honestly, my house seems like it’s built of paper).

Best of all, Thomas’ unfailing expertise guided us to where we could fix something on our own (re-caulking a window, weatherstripping a door) vs where we’d likely need professional help (fixing our very strange and likely generationally installed leaky ductwork & our uninsulated attic). I really appreciated his honesty.

We came up with a plan of attack that incorporated what we’d do on our own, what Greene Solutions would do this spring (insulate our attic and aeroseal our ducts) and what we’d wait to implement later in the year after we lived with an insulated attic for the first time ever.

The quote I got was itemized, fair, and explained on the spot. Greene Solutions carries roofer’s insurance, as well as their standard liability, which eased my mind about our decision to pull the bathroom fans up through the roof.

I’m delighted with my experience so far, and happily looking forward to my warm home. Thanks, Thomas. Next time we’ll have iced coffee instead of hot!

Great job in spring of 2022. Cleaned out racoon's business and removed old insulation down to the wood.

Installed new insulation and worked with roofing company to install exhaust fans for the bathroom and kitchen. They showed photos from the process.

Before the job, (2 weeks before) they closed up entryways so animals would not enter into the attic again. It was not part of the contract, they simply went the extra mile.

The work was professional and they contained everything. Pretty important when you have a sensitive individual with allergies & asthma living in the house.
