We used Greene Property Management to manage our rental property in Deland and Hailey was our primary contact. Reading these reviews you would think she is a rock star, well, she is. What an amazing job she did throughout the 2 years we worked with her. I would absolutely use Greene again and I can't say enough about how good Hailey is - use them. I should add that the few repairs we needed and the monthly maintenance was done at a very competitive rate and done on-time. Thank you Greene and thank you Hailey for making our rental adventure stress-free.

Professionalism at its finest ! Hailey is an outstanding business woman. Her knowledge of the area and surrounding areas is refreshing. And her knowledge in business and real estate is most impressive. We met with Hailey and knew immediately that We were in the best of hands. Hailey's selling tips were spot and proved to be exactly what buyers were looking for. We had an offer within a weeks time of making two simple changes that she recommended. Hailey was recommended to me by a friend who had used her when buying her home. I was hesitant in calling anyone because I was so nervous about looking for a home of my own. Hailey made my entire experience amazing! She has a great attitude, was very professional, and automatically she knew exactly what I was looking for without me even telling her; and let’s be honest, I had no idea what I truly wanted or what I was doing. She took into account all of my wants and needs in a home and found me a perfect one shortly after we started looking, and it had only been on the market for a day! Immediately I told her I was interested and we were out two days later to see it. I fell in love and wished to put an offer in that same day. Hailey walked me through the entire process and took care of EVERYTHING! She was always available for questions or any worries that I had about the home buying process.
