This spot is a fun neighborhood contemporary bar. It has shuffleboard, darts, and various board games. It is also reliable to show popular sporting events. We haven't tried dinner here, but the appetizers are very good and I believe the happy hour oysters are the best value in Paulus Hook.

Last review from Oscar is way off base. I was actually the other customer Mario was speaking to. We were with a larger group and Mario is the ONLY server during the lunch hour, so his statement that he had to reach out to different server to get service doesn’t track well. Funny how people hide behind there screens and attempt to get good people in trouble. Mario always scans the room and tends to his patrons. The vibe here is great, owner is very friendly, and food is great I would highly recommend to anybody in the area. Love the mussels here. Enjoy

Great spot to watch sports and get a good meal. Menu is very extensive. Poutine was delicious and so were the sandwiches we tried.

Our very first time here. A very nice place to hangout and enjoy good food and beer. The food was good and really fast prepared and served. Service, on the other hand was slow. Our server (Mario D) was totally distracted having a long and repetitive conversation with another customer that looks like a regular or at least an acquaintance. We have to ask other servers a few times for the things that we need. Nice sports bar atmosphere, just the music was a little bit too loud for me.
It was a good experience overall and I'll definitely give it another try.

Had the mussels, Buffalo cauliflower and pork Reuben.

Mussels needed a bit more seasoning, both garlic and salt.

The cauliflower was just right, and in manageable pieces instead of whole florets

The Reuben lacked thousand island and shy on the sauerkraut.

Service was good so they got an extra star.

This place came through for me with last minute seating for my large party. When I arrived I was greeted by the owner Rick and our server Mario. I started with a Rose Sangria then a red one and I didn't like them too much so I stuck with red wine. My party ordered different appetizers and drinks and they liked them. I ordered the vegetable taco and it was tasty and for my entrée I ordered the vegetarian plate and it was tasty as well. We ended the night with dessert and my guest liked their desert. Mario was great and attentive all evening. I would come back.

The food was really good and the bar was fun and open and spacious. Our servers were great and I loved my strawberry basil spritzer. The only thing I’ll say is the restaurant was sooooo hot. Maybe the air conditioning was out, but it was hot and humid inside and we were all sweating throughout our meal. Everything else was great, though!
