I am totally unsatisfied and disappointed in the services of this company. I have never had an experience of this nature with any business have ever interacted with. I have been totally patient and cooperative with this company to have my system installed and turned on and have yet to have the process completed. I started this process well over a year ago and my system has not been completely installed or turned on for functionality. After multiple attempts of working to become compliant it has been excuse after excuse as to why they are not able to complete my installation. First, it was setting dates to be home when they arrive. Then it was moving items in the home to allow them access to install the solar box and grounding wires or cords. Then it was the bushes outside needed to be cut. Next it was the ironing on the outside of the house needed to be removed. And even with all of the compliance I still do not have a running system yet. And to make matters worse they are now currently charging me for solar panels that have not even been active. I am totally frustrated by this entire experience. I have been financially drained and stressed. As a single mom who was seeking a way to build financial security and be helpful environmentally, I feel that I have been totally robbed. The level of unprofessionalism and inconsistencies I have experienced is totally outrageous and absurd. I have missed time from work and family adventures due to cancellations and rescheduled appointments in which contractors have failed to show up or communicate clearly as to what was going on with my account. I am confident that this company can and must do better.
