I was very surprised on how fast everything started flowing after signing the contract. Laneah Bryan Account Executive from Green Sun Solar Solutions was the person that I interacted with throughout this whole process. I was very impress with her professionalism, knowledge and the breakdown of every little thing that I had questions about. Other Solar companies didn't want to answer some of the questions I had about the fine print in their contracts. But Laneah Bryan explained everything in a way that I could understand the contract and the process better. Not only did I get the solar panels, but I had my whole roof redone. Good and fast service, excellent job , no issues with the installation they took less than a month and my system was producing energy . Great warranty. Fast response to service call, when I need it to change the Wi-Fi in my system they came in right away. It was a great peace of mind knowing that they do the job from start to finish. I also compare quotes and not only they beat the price they informed me that not all equipment is the same. I’m glad I called a local company. Thanks Ivan.

Don't waste your time. Almost a year into a contract that hasn't been fulfilled. Never keeps the customer updated either.
Update:
The bank removed tens of thousands of dollars off the balance of the loan for all the work that wasn't done.

For the past two years, Mr. Ivan and his company has been nothing but a family to us. I've a problem and he comes or send his people to come and fix it. Despite all the strong winds in West El Paso, the installation has stayed strong. I appreciate your help and the dedication you provided when we needed from this company. I'd 100% recommend them.

IVAN DOESN'T KEEP HIS WORD.
AS A BUSINESS OWNER, HE DOESN'T TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY.

Faulty work, no permits for the roof, not a general contractor, lies after lies after lies. IVAN is a swindler. Don't trust this company. I spoke to the City of El Paso, and this company is only permitted to work on solar panels ONLY. He worked on my HVAC, solar, and roof. I thought he was accredited for all three, no, just solar. I should have done my homework, so if this helps, just call the city permits department when working with this guy; he's a fraudster. I had my roof done, and the shingles are already falling off, not even two years later. My shingles are guaranteed to withstand up to 150-200 mph winds; these winds recently haven't been like that. My insurance roof inspector told me about the faulty work, and the City of El Paso Inspectors Department told me about Ivan Renteria Jr.'s credentials. I wouldn't recommend this company.

If you want the best solar system in town be sure to contact Ivan. I have been really happy with the work and the system. I like the fact that I didn’t have to deal with sales reps. They upgraded all my electrical system at no extra cost.

I can’t even begin to describe what frustration we have had with Ivan and this company . For one they took over 6 months to even install them then another few months to even get them turned on, we also can’t ever seem to get an answer or a reply when we reach out.
