The best part of the entire experience so far is the sales rep Julio, he worked around my tight work schedule and sat down and broke everything down as best he could and provided me with huge potential savings.

I am excited to see if the almost 50%+ projected savings pan out, but of the whole company Julio was by far the most pleasant experience and I greatly appreciate all the advise and insight as well as prompt solutions/answers he provided.

I already had a nightmare experience with a previous solar company but so far, Julio has been a breath of fresh air.

Good customers!! I had to come back to give an updated review regarding Green Solutions and the positive outcome. I'm very grateful to be able to come back to give positive feedback to folks who want to hire a company that stands behind their product and word. I give this company 5-star rating for making things right the owner being compassionate and listening to my concerns. Here is what I had to say to him.

I'm extremely happy with the prompt service call and keeping all the promises you offered to us for the hassles. I can't thank you enough for personally calling us tonight to follow up to assure the everything was completed. I can say you gave me a better viewpoint about the service with Green solution’s. Sorry to be long winded but I really appreciate you and the company for trying to make things right. I must commend Max for the spectacular work cleaning up the pump area and educationing us on how everything should function. Max’s personality will take him a long way in reassuring your clients.

NEWS ALERT DON’T set your self up for lies . From the sales rep to finance Melissa helps the company scam Innocent people out of thousand of dollars . To sum it my solar doesn’t work properly I’m exactly 1 year out and I can’t use all 3 bathrooms at the same time otherwise we will all have to take a to
COLD shower . I have at least 15 service calls and on my 3rd water heater .one of the guys broke my roof and lied about it . I’m
Like dude y’all are the only ones been in my attic. Sorry I have such to share with y’all. They told me that my light bill would be cut to at least half of what I was paying now I’m paying $540 light bill . Spoke to FPL they did go up a little but they have never seen someone bill reverse this way . I called Green Soluation ask Receptionist to have to owner to call a week ago today Yelp !! he never called me back . They are smooth talkers to get you in, until you sign your life away . The crazy part I should’ve known when they showed up at my house the next morning to install the solar and my loan wasn’t even approved yet . They spent 10 hours the first day when the loan people calls they were surprise they were already at me house before I had consent to the loan terms I told the guy I surprise too . That was another red flag smh . Geesh red flag i should’ve picked up.I can go on and on just please don’t use this company they are Scammer . Melissa is a BIG LIAR AND HELP THEM STEAL . I’m big on reviews but I was excited to have solar and my hot water heater. Please do your home work and really read the reviews . They have a lot of lawsuits open the more research this company . People please be careful you will be out of thousands of dollars . Now I have to look for another company to fix this mess I’m in .

In responses to the owner : I called the office a left a message they stated a manager would called me back and text Jarrod to let him know we had to take cold showers. Thank goodness my husband was able to figure how to by pass the timer for the next night so we could take a warm
Shower . No one has still called me back . I have came to term will have to a big lost of 18k . This system was a waste of money .
