I have been coming here for a few years now. WDG and DDGS. The people are always friendly and helpful. Sometimes, there is a wait for product. A lot of people come here to load, so it goes fast sometimes. Loaded DDGS today, 11/17/24, and was in and out in less than 30 min. Always come here prepared to wait, and you will never be disappointed.

The bad: Often long wait times. Sometimes further complicated by toxin testing. And Enogen deliveries on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Now not allowed to use West entrance to scale office. Scale is takes lunch for one hour. Recently the pit areas haven’t been well maintained, are littered with a lot debris and at times slick and hazardous for walking.

The good: Interactions with scale employees and supervisors are friendly and cordial with very few exceptions. Coffee and popcorn is usually provided. Staff is normally understanding about wait times. Updates are sent out via text.

Recommendations: Allow West entrance to be used. Ask us to remain in hall area and to not interfere with staff working to test samples. Simple! Have rotation for personnel to take lunch breaks so that scale can remain operating. At least during busiest times. Possible adjustments to Enogen delivery times, earlier receiving during busy times. Restore better maintenance at pits. Address and resolve slick walking surface issues.

When hauling from your ground pile storage areas, do you test those loads for toxins? All our delivered loads are subject to it. Seems legitimate that your own loads from piles would be as well.

Overall positive experiences with employees here. Wait times are their biggest challenge. A few organizational issues need addressing.

Great people here.Edit: something went wrong with the management of the operations here. Over the last few years it has been increasingly difficult to do business here. Long waits, sometimes refused loads. Don't have time for that.

I just love when its shift change...it takes them more then hour and a half and there is one operator between the wet distillers and the dry feed when loading.....FANTASTIC!!!!!
