Green Heat is very professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. I got an appointment in a very timely fashion, received reminder texts about the about appointment, they arrived on time, and sent a text with the name, photo, and contact number of the service person just prior to arriving. The technician was excellent explaining any questions I had and he was very conscientious about not making a mess and covering his shoes upon entering the house. Lastly their pricing is very fair. They will be my go-to folks from now on for our heat pumps. I highly recommend them!

Heat went off in one zone. We called it in at 8:30 AM. We had a response within 20 minutes and promised a visit between 1:00 and 3:00 PM. Green Heat arrived around 1:30 and fixed the problem, then performed annual maintenance and was gone by 2:30 PM. Yes! Superb service!

11 March, 2024. We lost our hot water at 11:00 PM (when else?) on a stormy night. Sent a text message to Green Heat at 7:15 AM the next morning. We had a response by 7:45, and the guys were here by 9:30. They fixed the problem and performed the annual servicing while they were here, and were gone by 10:00. What service! Stupendous!

We'd been having trouble with our furnace and it had been shut down by one service provider due to excessive carbon monoxide in the exhaust. We had called a second service technician, but had no luck there either and found ourselves without central heat over the holidays. Our primary service company told us they could not get to us in less than another week, and that we should call around if we wanted faster service. Andrew was able to schedule a visit the day we called, and had evaluated and fixed the problem in under 10 minutes! Had we called him first, we would have had heat through the holidays! Awesome competence and expertise!

Fast forward two months to March. We decided to have Andrew Stevens install a completely new system for us. It was to be wall mounted. For background, the original furnace described above was a System 2000, originally oil, that had been converted to gas. The original gas burner installation had been faulty and damaged part of the boiler. It took 4 technicians two days to fix it properly. The new system was pre-assembled on 1/2 inch plywood sections. On the day of installation, the guys arrived a little after 9:00 AM and left between 5:00 and 6:00 PM, with the old system gone and the new system up and running. One day!! And it looks great! Simply outstanding.

ADDITIONAL NOTE: In the initial quote for the installation, Andrew mentioned that there was a rebate available of ~8.7% of the purchase price because the furnace was over 95% efficient. Now, we all know about rebates, right? Rebates are an inducement to buy that is not fulfilled nearly 40% of the time. Companies count on that. The usual practice is to provide the customer with overly complex paperwork or an online application that is often void because it wasn't filled out right. Not so with Andrew Stevens Heating. I had totally forgotten about the rebate. A couple of weeks after the installation was complete, I got the rebate check in the mail. Andrew Stevens Heating had filled out the application for us and submitted it, ensuring that we would get it! This is a degree of integrity and service I have rarely ever encountered. Thanks, Guys!!
