"Don't Risk thousands in lost revenue, use someone else"

We have had several technical issues with ESC trading through green energy trading. The portal has not saved images and critical details to enable us to claim the rebates on behalf of our customers, Green energy trading has not accepted responsibility for the system faults and has declined to pay us the owed amounts due to no fault of our own.

At this stage I would suggest trading through other companies as the green energy portal just isn't up to scratch and will end up costing you potentially thousands in lost revenue.

Whilst i understand any on line apps especially new ones, will obviously experience bugs, However i will not accept the developer of the app to take 0 responsibility for the bugs, and throw it all back on the customer.

We have been trying to come up with a resolution for several weeks, so not only have we lost money on the job, but also time dealing with green energy trading, only to be told that their developers cant find an error. (clearly there was issues on this particular week as we had several jobs where the information wasn't being saved even when the system advised us that it had saved)

Up until this point we are left out of pocket $1092, this is more than any profit on the job, might as well have stayed in bed that day.
