The guy opened his call with “this is not a sales call”, and so I assumed it was for a brief survey considering green energy is booming. After allowing him my time after a long day, he asked me if I pay more now in electric bills now than before. I told him that’s not applicable since I’m in an all bills paid apartment. He paused for a long time, so I asked “did you get that?”, and then he said (after another brief pause) “yep”. After some more silence he hung up on me. Thought it was pretty rude since it wasn’t supposed to be a sales call, which it clearly was because who else would hang up on me but a salesman clearly not hitting his numbers because he doesn’t even have the time to be courteous to a conversation. Also I’m seeing reviews of them being a scam too? That’s suspicious. Anyways 0/10 service, obviously need to update their sales tactics.

I love how they start with "This is not a sales call", then proceed with a sales! IMMEDIATELY say "PUT ME ON YOUR DO NOT CALL LIST" to them, and then mark their number as SPAM, along with leaving them a wonderful review such as this!

Rep continually talked over when I was saying DO NOT EVER CALL ME AGAIN. I HUNG UP AND BLOCKED. Good thing I did read reviews that is a scam.
