I can't recommend Gre-eco highly enough. We were understandably nervous about taking on such a big financial commitment as the extension and the disruption involved but Lee and all of his team could not have made it any smoother. We stayed on time and on budget, which everyone else we talked to said would never happen. The only extra costs were where we upgraded some of the spec, such as the radiator and floor. Lee was a pleasure to work with and kept us informed every step of the way and his team were all brilliant and took incredible care over everything, including clearing away and making good. Every time we step into our new kitchen we can't believe it's ours and it's become the centre of our home. Thank you!

I recently had a kitchen-living room conversion, garage roof replacement along with new garage doors and new windows fitted thru out my home by Lee and his team at Gre-eco.

I am more than happy with the work they have done. Friendly, hardworking honest staff. Lee kept to budget at all times.

We bought a large Victorian house back in November 2014 that in the past had been converted into three apartments. Our plan was to convert it back into a family home. We found Gre-Eco through a friend that had had an extension built. Long story short Lee and his staff (one of which was Lance one of the old soilders!) from Gre-Eco completely refurbished the whole property, from some major demolition to converting a basement into an office and games area.
Absolutely a superb job and would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting this sort of work carrying out.

Loft conversion and reorganisation of first floor.

This felt like a big job to me, overwhelming but the lads at Gre-eco were great. Lee did a lot of preliminary work including drawing up plans and submitting them. He has a lot of good ideas and was good at working with us; making suggestions and listening.
The lads on site were very approachable and professional. We had chosen to live in the house while the work was being carried out (this is very much up to the individual to decide and not for everyone) and they did their very best to work with us to make living there possible.
There were very few hiccups but when there was Lee was there to sort things out. It’s important not to underestimate the role of a good project manager, we were lucky with Lee.
I can’t say I wasn’t relieved when finally everyone left but I look back and I think we did it and we have an amazing home.

Gre-eco completely transformed our house 4 years ago. Wrap around extension and work of the highest quality, that has stood the test of time. Lee designed it and took us through the build, step by step. He even drove us round one weekend to choose wardrobes etc (yes we ended up remodelling whole house!). We have a home that fits our family and is perfect. Highly recommend Gre-eco.
