Great Brook Solar was wonderful to deal with. I initially called thinking I could possibly lease panels but didn't want to waste their time. I spoke with Debbie who was incredibly pleasant and patient and ended up with an appointment. Dave came to see us and he was very knowledgeable and passionate about his systems. Come to find out we were better off buying the solar system outright. We signed the contract and everything went "Great". We adopted the workers who installed the system because they were so friendly and they made sure we knew what was going on and got our okay. We have had no problems with the system after almost five years but I know if something comes up we will be taken care of by Great Brook Solar. Great experience and so glad we used them. So many solar companies have popped up with their little gimmicks but if it sounds too good to be true it probably is. If we want something else done it will be with Great Brook Solar, no gimmicks just passion.

Great Brook Solar made my decision to install solar very easy. They were honest and up front throughout the entire process and have kept in touch with me to this day. Any issues that have come up they took care of extremely fast with no cost to me. We were very happy with Great Brook Solar. Dave Austin is knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. His office staff and work crew were efficient and helpful as well. The installation went smoothly and they cleaned up afterwards. We were given a manual of useful info and necessary papers. Overall a great experience. We would recommend them to anyone.

My experience with Great Brook Solar is positive. I'm going on 5 years with 20 panels on my roof which cover all my electricity needs, trouble-free.
(I did have to re-set the system 3 times, turn it off then back on.
The Great Brook folks were accessable and helpful.)
The installation of the inverter and meters in my covered entrance is efficient and aethetically pleasing in a functional way.

They do not show up and do not answer calls. Why bother? And they did the installation! They should take down their website. The other clown show solar companies in this area do not even return calls. Woodchucks.
